Gucci/Fall10
Yesssss! What a cool collection! It’s just it: cool. Some 70′s feeling. Definitely Gucci core feeling. Frida makes it less sporty, less worky but very modern easy. The jackets and pants are puuuuuuuuuuur-fect! The color palette is safe: black, white, khakis (from camel to off white…). Love the job Frida!

Versace/Fall10
i’m not a fan of the whole collection but Donatella Versace comes up with some very interesting and “strikingly-different-from-what-we’ve-seen-so-far” short lengths looks for next fall. In a very body conscious and luxurious Versace way, she plays with geometry and asymetry enhanced by color and texture contrasts. Betcha Beyoncé and Gaga enjoyed some of the last looks!

Burberry/Fall10
Christopher Bailey pulls out a beautiful collection for next fall. Keeping on surfing on drapery, he adds military flavor to his subtle dresses and skirts with armor like jackets. Both luxurious and urban, the pieces appeal to many and anyone, no matter the shape or style can pick at least (at least!) one item. Commercial yet original and branded. A hit for sure.

I’ve been digging this song as soon as it leaked on the internet. The video is definitely not as great as JT’s “My Love”, for instance, but it’s still pretty neat and I find it refreshing to watch some hip hop video with a touch of class (YET including the booty shaking!). Yes it’s possible and this just made my day!
